Yes, a diner. Serving grass-fed meats, burgers on eggplant buns, sweet potato fries, pastured eggs, etc! Evan and I have this somewhat far-fetched dream of opening a Paleo restaurant. I would LOVE for this to become reality or just for lots of other people with more experience in the restaurant world to get the ball rolling! Paleo sections in grocery stores would be awesome as well :)
I have yet to visit the west coast but when we do we are going to Dick's Kitchen in Oregon!
