My boyfriend Evan and I have been experimenting with the Paleo lifestyle since April 2011. After an initial strict 30 days of no grains, legumes, dairy or sugar we were amazed at how we were feeling. We wanted to start this blog to help get the word out to those who may be struggling with some illnesses, are overweight or just want to be healthier that converting to a paleo lifestyle is one of the best decisions one could make.
